Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Experience in two or more of the following modules: Compensation & Benefits, OTL, Absence Management, Payroll, HR Help Desk (HRHD), Learning, ORC, Talent Management
- End-to-end involvement in 2–3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects
- Experience with: Oracle AI Agent, Redwood Migration, VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)
- Hands-on experience in: Workflow configuration and management, VBCS customizations and personalizations, Business process optimization
