- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative activities.
- Supervise office staff and assign duties to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents in an organized and confidential manner.
- Handle purchase of office supplies and ensure availability of stationery and other materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff for office requirements.
- Prepare reports, letters, and correspondence as required by management.
- Monitor office expenses, bills, and petty cash and coordinate with the accounts department.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and office events and support management in day-to-day work.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of office equipment.
- Support HR and administration work, including employee attendance, onboarding, and general office discipline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
