We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and company website.
- Upload and update product information, images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Monitor and process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Track inventory levels and ensure product availability across platforms.
- Execute online promotions, discounts, and campaign activities.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Handle marketplace compliance and resolve listing-related issues.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for digital campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
