MTM College Arts, Science & Commerce,affiliated with the University of Calicut and NAAC B++ accredited, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Commerce Faculty member to contribute to the academic excellence of the institution. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, supporting student development, and contributing to academic and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and conduct classes for undergraduate commerce courses
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic resources
- Guide and mentor students in academic and career development
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records
- Participate in curriculum development and academic activities
- Contribute to research, seminars, workshops, and institutional development
- Maintain discipline and academic standards within the classroom
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a strong academic background.
- NET or PhD is mandatory as per UGC norms
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Ability to guide and mentor students effectively
- Commitment to academic excellence and institutional growth
