Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring statutory compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Drive performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, and reward & recognition programs.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and ensure their effective implementation.
- Promote employee engagement, organizational culture, and learning & development initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to address manpower and organizational requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics, prepare MIS reports, and provide strategic insights to management.
- Lead and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Additional certifications in Labor Laws or Industrial Relations are an advantage.
Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, Industrial Relations (IR), and statutory compliance.
- Experience in performance management, talent acquisition, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in policy formulation and HR process implementation.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office.
- Ability to manage a large workforce in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
