Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our locations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in operations management and has the ability to manage teams, coordinate activities, and ensure a seamless experience for customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations of one or more Unify Foodworks locations
- Manage and lead a team of staff, supervisors, and support personnel
- Coordinate operational schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all locations meet safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards at all times
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities, events, and promotional initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, including equipment suppliers, maintenance contractors, and housekeeping services
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs such as footfall, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities and community engagement
- Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements
- Manage daily cash operations, billing coordination, and basic P&L oversight
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and customer experience
Candidate RequirementsMandatory Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in operations management, hospitality, retail, food service, or facility management
- Proven experience in team management and ground-level operations leadership
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and be comfortable with local travel across Delhi
- Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate immediately
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in managing restaurants, retail outlets, hospitality operations, or multi-location businesses
- Familiarity with operational management software and reporting systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-footfall operational environments
- Passion for customer service and operational excellence
