Telecaller Job – ClinicGenNext (Lucknow)

Work Responsibility:
- Call patients who enquire about hair and skin treatments
- Explain treatments like hair transplant, PRP, hair fall treatment & skin procedures
- Book appointments for doctor consultation
- Do follow-up calls with patients
- Maintain basic call records
- Coordinate with clinic staff for appointments
Required Skills:
- Good communication in Hindi (basic English is enough)
- Should know how to talk politely and confidently
- Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
- Freshers can also apply (training will be given)
Salary:
- Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
- Incentives based on performance
Working Time:
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 6 days working
