Ltd. invites applications from ambitious MBA students for its Online Project Trainee (PR) Program, a structured part-time professional opportunity designed specifically for students who have successfully completed the first two semesters of MBA and are currently studying in the 3rd Semester / Second Year of MBA.

To identify promising MBA students before graduation, provide them structured practical corporate exposure alongside their studies, develop their professional capabilities, and create a strong pipeline of trained talent for future roles at JV Financial.
Instead of waiting until MBA is completed to begin gaining professional experience, selected students will have an opportunity to start developing practical skills while continuing their regular MBA education.

Program Duration: Approximately one year / until completion of MBA, subject to the Company's program terms and performance requirements.
Monthly Compensation: ₹12,000/-
The position has been specially structured for students who are continuing their MBA studies. Academic responsibilities remain important, and the program is intended to provide practical exposure alongside formal management education.
WHO CAN APPLY?

Are currently pursuing an MBA from a recognized university/institution.
Have successfully completed MBA Semester I and Semester II.
Are presently studying in MBA Semester III / Second Year.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected Online Project Trainees (PR) may be assigned structured projects involving:
1. Public Relations Support
Assisting the PR team in communication, outreach, coordination and relationship-development activities.
2. Corporate Research
Conducting basic research on companies, institutions, industries, markets and potential stakeholders as required for assigned projects.
3. Institutional Coordination
Supporting professional communication with colleges, organizations, businesses and other institutional stakeholders.
4. Business Communication
Assisting in preparation and coordination of professional emails, proposals, presentations, reports and communication materials.
5. Digital PR Support
Supporting online PR campaigns, digital communication, content coordination and brand-building activities.
6. Project Coordination
Working on assigned corporate projects under the supervision of designated managers or project leaders.
7. Database & Reporting
Maintaining assigned project records, follow-up data, activity reports and progress updates.
8. Professional Relationship Building
Learning how professional relationships with institutional and corporate stakeholders are developed and maintained.
9. Team Collaboration
Participating in online meetings, reviews, discussions and project coordination activities.
10. Learning & Development
Actively participating in Company-led orientation, feedback, review and professional development activities associated with the trainee program.

5-STAGE ONLINE SELECTION PROCESS
To maintain the quality of the program, candidates will be selected through a structured five-stage selection process.
ROUND 1 – ONLINE SCREENING
Evaluation of the candidate's academic profile, CV, communication ability, interests and suitability for the program.
ROUND 2 – WORK CAPACITY TEST
Every candidate who qualifies for the Screening Round will participate in the Work Capacity Test. In this test, candidates will work on a given assignment to assess their practical approach, understanding, work capacity and ability to complete assigned responsibilities.
ROUND 3 – ONLINE GROUP DISCUSSION
Shortlisted candidates will participate in an online Group Discussion to assess communication, confidence, listening skills, teamwork, analytical thinking and professional behaviour.
ROUND 4 – ONLINE PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Candidates qualifying the Group Discussion will attend an online Personal Interview focusing on career orientation, attitude, communication, learning ability and role suitability.
ROUND 5 – FINAL INTERVIEW
Candidates shortlisted after the Personal Interview will appear for the Final Interview for final assessment and selection.
Only candidates successfully clearing all required stages will be considered for appointment as Online Project Trainee (PR).
