Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with customers for feedback or sales
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Resolve customer queries and complaints politely
- Coordinate with sales and support teams
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Fluency in local language and/or English
Qualification:
- Minimum: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
