We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter who can engage with inbound leads, qualify prospects, build trust, and book qualified consultations for our Senior Consultants.
Role Overview
Your primary responsibility is to speak with prospective clients who have shown interest in our Diabetes Reversal Program, understand their situation, determine if they are a suitable fit, and schedule them for a consultation with our Senior Consultant.
This is not a customer support role. This is a performance-driven sales role focused on qualification and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities Lead Qualification
- Contact inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Review application forms before speaking with prospects.
- Understand the prospect's:
- Diabetes history
- Current health challenges
- Age, height, weight
- Occupation and lifestyle
- Motivation for seeking help
- Identify whether the prospect is qualified for our program.
Appointment Setting
- Build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Create urgency around taking action.
- Handle basic objections.
- Schedule consultations within the next 72 hours whenever possible.
- Ensure prospects show up for scheduled appointments.
CRM Management
- Update CRM after every interaction.
- Maintain accurate notes and lead status.
- Track follow-ups diligently.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled consultations.
Follow-Up
- Re-engage missed appointments.
- Follow up with warm leads.
- Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
Ideal CandidateMust Have
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident phone presence.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly.
- Basic understanding of sales psychology.
- Comfortable handling objections.
- High level of discipline and accountability.
Preferred
- Experience in appointment setting, telesales, inside sales, or call center roles.
- Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
