- Design and execute referral marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Develop referral campaigns, incentives, and reward structures.
- Monitor and optimize referral program performance using key metrics and analytics.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, CRM, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve referral conversion rates.
- Manage referral marketing platforms and vendor relationships.
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve participation.
- Track KPIs such as referral rate, conversion rate, CAC, ROI, and customer lifetime value.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with applicable marketing and data privacy regulations.
