Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 7–9 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, with the ability to take ownership of projects from requirement analysis through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design and optimize databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and payment gateways where required.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Identify and resolve performance, security, and technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure applications follow best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
- Manage application deployment and support CI/CD processes.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend:
- Strong experience with React.js / Next.js
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3
- Responsive UI development
- State management and frontend optimization
Backend:
- Strong experience with Node.js
- Express.js / NestJS or similar frameworks
- REST API development
- Authentication & authorization
- Microservices architecture
Database:
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB
- Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Database design, indexing, and query optimization
DevOps & Tools:
- Git / GitHub / GitLab
- Docker
- CI/CD pipelines
- AWS or other cloud platforms
- Basic knowledge of Linux and server management
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with AWS services
- Knowledge of Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Understanding of application security and performance optimization
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–9 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
