- This is a remote role based in India, requiring frequent regional travel within Delhi and surrounding areas for customer and distributor management
Job purpose
The Key Account Manager function exists to maintain the existing relationships with key-opinion leaders, customers and distributors and seek out new opportunities for implementing IMMY’s products as well as connecting with new contacts in the region. This position carries out responsibilities pertinent to relationships through technical training, distributor and customer communications, online inquiries, tradeshows, meetings, and order follow through. The Key Account Manager works closely with the marketing, technical specialists, and customer service departments, and reports to the Business Unit Director.
Key duties and responsibilities

Introduce IMMY’s diagnostics to hospital labs, reference labs, clinics, physicians, tradeshows, Government and NGOs throughout the region.

Discover and respond to in-country tenders and solicitations.

Identify, attend and exhibit at key, relevant conferences and meetings.

Assist in product training and implementation of diagnostics in new and existing labs either through direct contact, video conference or in coordination with established in-country distributor.

Maintain collaborator and key-opinion leader relationships with customers through consistent communication and in person interaction, order follow through, and product support.

Work with the IMMY marketing team to discover and pursue new market/customer opportunities.

Coordinate with customer service, supply chain, regulatory, and in-country distributors, and customers to organize and complete all required documentation for customs clearance and product delivery.

Respond in a timely manner to current and potential end-users from web inquiries or ones sent by the marketing team.

Have a working, technical knowledge of diseases and IMMY’s product solutions, to respond to technical questions.

Remain knowledgeable and up to date on all relevant publications and studies.

Effectively maintain existing testing volumes and increasing testing throughout the Region

Any other duties as assigned by management.
