Position: Indian Chef (1st Commi)
Location: Udaipur
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000/month
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as a 1st Commi – Indian Cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- North Indian candidates will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
