Fudosan Developers is a growing real estate company based in Hyderabad, dealing in residential plots, villas, and apartments. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can generate quality leads and help scale our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads) for lead generation
- Run and optimize Google Ads (Search & Display) campaigns
- Generate leads through real estate platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing
- Create and manage landing pages for campaigns
- Handle lead tracking, CRM updates, and follow-ups coordination
- Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Manage WhatsApp marketing & automation tools
- Work on local SEO for Hyderabad-based keywords
- Coordinate with sales team to improve lead quality
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Real Estate preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
- Experience with landing page tools (WordPress / Unbounce / etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SEO & analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Hyderabad real estate market
- Knowledge of CRM tools and automation
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience)
