Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by guiding prospective students.
- Recommend suitable training programs based on students' learning needs.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for a smooth admission process.
- Build strong relationships with students and corporate clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or educational sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of software training courses is an added advantage.
