Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – IT Hardware Sales & System Integration Services to lead business development, enterprise sales, and customer relationship management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure sales, system integration solutions, data center technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for IT hardware, infrastructure solutions, and system integration services.
- Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise, government, and commercial customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, requirement gathering, solution design coordination, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Promote and sell IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, end-user computing, security solutions, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized system integration solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and tender responses.
- Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and technology vendors.
- Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and business growth targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial closures.
- Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹30,679.20 - ₹60,000.00 per month
