Samrat Plywood Limited is a Chandigarh-based manufacturing and export company with a strong presence in the plywood and HPL (High Pressure Laminate) industry. We are looking for a mature, organised and highly dependable Executive Assistant to Management who can provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.
The ideal candidate should be looking for a stable, long-term position and should be comfortable handling confidential information, coordinating with multiple teams and managing priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes and follow-up action points.
- Ensure timely follow-up on important tasks and commitments.
- Maintain a structured schedule and keep management informed about upcoming priorities.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Handle professional communication on behalf of management.
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, documents and presentations.
- Coordinate with employees, customers, suppliers, consultants and business associates.
- Follow up with various departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain professional communication and confidentiality at all times.
3. Travel Management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation and itineraries.
- Prepare detailed travel schedules and ensure all arrangements are in place.
- Maintain records of travel plans, meetings and appointments.
4. Meeting & Follow-Up Management
- Attend meetings when required and maintain clear notes/action points.
- Track pending tasks and follow up with responsible team members.
- Prepare regular status updates for management.
- Ensure important deadlines and commitments are not missed.
5. Documentation & Records
- Maintain confidential files, documents and correspondence.
- Organise important business records and information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other management documents.
- Maintain an organised digital and physical filing system.
6. Personal & Administrative Coordination
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative requirements.
- Coordinate appointments and personal schedules when required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with maturity and discretion.
- Manage multiple responsibilities without compromising accuracy or confidentiality.
7. Office & Management Coordination
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, exports, marketing, HR and operations teams.
- Assist in implementing management decisions and ensuring follow-through.
- Help management maintain visibility on important operational matters.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed on time.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Additional qualifications in Business Administration, Management or related fields will be an advantage.
Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience as:
- Executive Assistant
- Personal Assistant
- Management Assistant
- Executive Secretary
- Secretary to Director/CEO
- Office/Administrative Coordinator
Experience in a manufacturing, trading, export or corporate environment will be an advantage.
Salary
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills and suitability for the role.
