We’re building a employee-owned US‑based startup and opening offices in Philadelphia, Chennai and New Delhi, backed by an extremely motivated and experienced group of people. We’re currently hiring developers of all kinds — frontend, backend, full‑stack, ML/AI, mobile, DevOps, Web to support our CTO.
We’ve reached the stage where the infrastructure, team, and organizational backbone are in place. What we need now is a CTO who can accelerate us toward the MVP, lead technical direction, and help turn our groundwork into a fully realized product. We’re offering 20% equity, you’ll be a partner from day one, not just an employee.
They pay will be re-evaluated for everyone upon reaching seed funding, and we want to be upfront about that. Finding the right co‑founder is tough, and we’re looking for someone who understands early‑stage building. Our team is already strong on operations — what we need now is a true technical backbone.
We do not expect you to leave your current job. This is a co‑founder role designed for someone who can commit with genuine interest and ownership while working alongside the paid developers we’re bringing on. The goal is to build momentum together, establish our MVP, and transition into a funded, full‑time structure once we close our first round.

Minimum Requirements-
1. Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from an Accredited College.
2. 6-10 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (or strong equivalent).
3. Skilled in everything - JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Next.js, and backend tech like Node.js, Python, or Java.
4. Curious about or experienced with AI agentic frameworks.
5. Startup DNA — you move fast, take initiative, and own outcomes end-to-end.
