About the Role
We are looking for a highly professional Customer Support Executive to join our growing team, supporting clients across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills, strong customer service experience, and confidence in using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, response quality, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to UK-based clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Resolve issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
- Follow company procedures and UK customer service standards.
- Prepare reports and update customer information regularly.
- Assist clients with onboarding, account queries, and service-related support.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

AI Skills (Mandatory)
The successful candidate must be comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and customer service quality.
Experience with tools such as:

- Claude
- AI-powered email drafting and summarisation tools
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
