Job Summary
We are looking for a caring and responsible School Driver to ensure the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, a clean driving record, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility toward student safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport students according to assigned routes and schedules
- Ensure students board and exit the vehicle safely
- Follow all traffic laws, school policies, and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe environment during transportation
- Communicate respectfully with students, parents, and school staff
Requirements
- Valid driving license with authorization for school/commercial vehicle driving
- Good driving record with no major violations
- Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible behavior
- Ability to remain calm and patient with children
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and road safety
- Prior experience as a school driver or professional driver preferred
