CCTV Monitoring
- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras of all three company locations.
- Ensure all cameras are functioning properly and report any technical issues immediately.
- Observe and record any suspicious activities, safety violations, theft, misconduct, or unauthorized movements.
- Review CCTV footage whenever required by management.
Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly CCTV monitoring reports.
- Maintain records of incidents, observations, and corrective actions taken.
- Share footage and reports with management whenever required.
- Prepare attendance and movement reports based on CCTV observations, if instructed.
Data Management
- Maintain CCTV footage backup records as per company policy.
- Organize and archive video recordings for future reference.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of surveillance data.
Administrative Support
- Maintain records, logs, and reports in Excel and other software applications.
- Assist management in preparing reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for CCTV maintenance and troubleshooting.
Compliance & Discipline Monitoring
- Monitor employee discipline, safety practices, and adherence to company rules.
- Report violations such as unauthorized absence, late reporting, safety non-compliance, and misuse of company property.
- Support management in investigations by providing relevant footage and reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate or 10+2 with good computer knowledge.
- Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, computer operations, or administrative work preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Ability to monitor multiple CCTV screens simultaneously.
- Strong observation and reporting skills.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of CCTV systems.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy and timeliness of CCTV reports.
- Proper monitoring of all camera locations.
- Timely reporting of incidents and violations.
- Maintenance of CCTV records and backups.
- Coordination and support during investigations.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
