What we are looking for
Role: PL SQL Support
Location: Chennai
Exp: 4-10 yrs
Must have:
- Unix/Linux OS – Troubleshooting Linux server issues
- Knowledge in Autosys tool - developing and deploying Autosys JILs, managing batches scheduled in Autosys.
- Application or Production Support knowledge specifically Banking domain
- Working Knowledge in Monitoring tools like ITRS/Grafana etc: Alert configuration/setup etc.
- Awareness on good practices of ITSM tools – Incident/Change Management .
Good to have:
- Good Understanding in JIRA , Services Now and Confluence
