Placement Officer Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with companies for recruitment and placement opportunities.
- Identify and collect job vacancies from employers.
- Source and screen suitable student profiles based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and placement drives.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with students and recruiters.
- Share student resumes with employers and follow up on interview status.
- Maintain placement records, MIS reports, and recruitment databases.
- Track student placements and employer feedback.
- Organize campus recruitment activities, career guidance sessions, and industry interactions.
- Coordinate with training and academic teams to improve student employability.
- Achieve monthly placement targets and ensure timely closures.
- Provide regular placement updates and reports to management.
These responsibilities cover the core duties of a Placement Officer in an educational or training organization.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per hour
