Scope of work
Hardware & Network Handling:
Provide online and offline support ticket handling for in-house and client network and computer hardware.
IoT Device support
Provide in-house handling for online support tickets and installation tickets for our Pan-India Client.
If required, you must travel across India to support or install our product when necessary.
Shoul also work in the production department for the assembly and production related work of IoT devices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
