Job Title: Transport Tracker Executive
Location: Swargate, Pune
Working Days: 6 Days (10:00 AM – 07:00 PM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Transport Tracker Executive to monitor and manage daily logistics operations. The role involves tracking milk transportation, ensuring timely deliveries, andmaintaining proper chilling temperature throughout the supply chain to ensure product quality andsafety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track all transport vehicles in real-time for milk collection and delivery.
- Ensure timely movement of vehicles from farms to chilling centres and delivery points.
- Regularly check and record the chilling temperature of milk during transit to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Identify delays, route deviations, or temperature fluctuations and take immediate corrective actions.
- Maintain daily reports of transport tracking, temperature logs, and delivery status.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
- Communicate operational updates and issues to reporting managers.
- Support in route planning and optimisation for efficient logistics management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, transport tracking, or operations (freshers can apply).
- Basic knowledge of cold chain logistics is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with tracking tools, Excel, or mobile-based applications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
