Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet operations and staff activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Manage stock, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and company standards
- Train and guide staff for better performance
- Solve customer complaints professionally
Requirements
- Experience in café, restaurant, or food service management
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and operations efficiently
- Basic knowledge of billing and stock management
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends
