Are you a confident communicator with a passion for connecting with people and driving business growth? We're looking for a Telecaller who can build strong customer relationships, generate leads, and contribute to our growing team.
Eligibility
* 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing leads.
* Explain company products/services and address customer queries professionally.
* Generate and qualify leads to support business development.
* Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team when required.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
