Negotiation, Signing Rental Agreements Running Campaigns with Companies, Hospitals, Colleges and driving Events Build referral and lead generation network Close watch on competitor analysis Expert in Sales and Marketing through social media and digital marketing Tie ups with various companies subscribing to long term Single Room Managed Accommodation Co-ordination with – Graphics designer, Printers, Web Designer, Newspaper Agencies, Hording- Sign ages and different media agencies for marketing, branding and promotional Activities Co-ordination with Management for tactical planning, reports, targets, sales, marketing, business development, innovative planning
Minimum Qualification
Graduate in any stream 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience Good Communication Skills – Written and Verbal Strong expertise in using Technology Platform, PowerPoint, Excel and Word Mobile and Open to field job and familiar with the city – Bangalore or Pune.
