Minimum Qualification
- 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts.
- Candidates with relevant kitchen experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and kitchen safety is required.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental, Chinese and Multicuisine food items as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Ensure proper mise en place, portion control and timely preparation of food orders.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
- Assist the Chef/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, inventory handling and proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient utilization of raw materials.
- Coordinate with the Service/F&B team to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and comply with all hygiene and safety standards.
Key Skills
- Basic knowledge of Continental, Chinese & Multicuisine food preparation.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and coordination skills.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience
0–2 years of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant, QSR, café, banquet or cinema kitchen. Freshers with a relevant Diploma in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts may also be considered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
