Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to assist customers by resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Maintain professional and positive communication at all times
- Achieve customer satisfaction and support targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Patience and active listening skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
