We are looking for a Vice President - Investor Relations & Capital Development to lead the firm's investor relations, capital raising, and business development initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for driving AUM growth, building strategic relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth managers, distributors, and institutional investors, while delivering an exceptional end-to-end investor experience.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in fundraising, investor relationship management, capital development, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Develop and execute investor relations and capital development strategies to drive AUM growth.

Build and manage relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth managers, distributors, and institutional investors.

Drive fundraising initiatives, develop a strong investor pipeline, and convert opportunities into long-term capital partnerships.

Lead investor meetings, presentations, roadshows, and networking initiatives.

Serve as the primary relationship manager for key investors and strategic partners.

Own the end-to-end investor lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, servicing, reporting, and retention.

Collaborate with Investment, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless investor experience.

Identify new distribution channels, strategic partnerships, and business opportunities to expand the firm's investor base.

Oversee investor presentations, factsheets, newsletters, and performance reports.

Track fundraising pipeline, investor engagement, capital inflows, and key business metrics through structured reporting and CRM.

Lead and mentor the Investor Relations team, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture.

Ensure all investor interactions and fundraising activities comply with SEBI regulations and internal governance standards.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.

MBA, CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

8–12 years of experience in Investor Relations, Wealth Management, PMS, Asset Management, Private Banking, or Alternative Investments.

Proven experience in fundraising, investor relationship management, and business development.

Strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, and investment products.
