About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Executive who can create, manage, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum ROI.
- Conduct audience research and targeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and copy.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization and lead generation.
- Analytical mindset with reporting skills.
- Experience in A/B testing and audience targeting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Meta advertising or digital marketing preferred.
- Experience in EdTech campaigns will be an added advantage.
