Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and enhance curriculum content and lesson plans for Senior School (Grades 9–12). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern pedagogical practices, curriculum frameworks, and assessment strategies. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for Senior School.
- Design engaging learning materials, worksheets, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Create curriculum frameworks, teaching guides, and instructional resources.
- Ensure curriculum content meets educational objectives and learning outcomes.
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning.
- Review and update existing curriculum based on educational trends and feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and academic teams.
- Develop formative and summative assessment materials.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and accuracy across all curriculum content.
- Support teacher training and curriculum implementation when required.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in curriculum development or academic content creation.
- Experience in developing lesson plans for Senior School (Grades 9–12) is mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience in a recognized school is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design and instructional planning.
- Excellent lesson planning and content development skills.
- Understanding of CBSE/ICSE/State/International curriculum frameworks (as applicable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
