Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and monitor project progress.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and effective resource allocation.
- Track project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular site visits, project review meetings, and progress reporting.
- Resolve project challenges and maintain excellent client communication.
- Ensure successful project completion within approved timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial interiors, interior fit-outs, construction, or turnkey projects.
- Strong project planning, execution, and client management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
