Job Description – UI/UX Designer
Exp Range-2 to 8 years
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, conducting user research, and designing intuitive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
· Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experiences.
· Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups.
· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
· Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and style guidelines.
· Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
· Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
· Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
· Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
· Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
· Knowledge of interaction design and prototyping tools.
