Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support / Backend Executive to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales teams, clients, and internal departments. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in sales coordination, CRM management, backend operations, and documentation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing sales data, preparing reports, and providing operational support to enhance overall sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and lead information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales executives, clients, and internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards using MS Excel.
- Manage documentation related to sales transactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up on pending documents, client requirements, and internal approvals.
- Assist in lead allocation, inquiry tracking, and sales pipeline management.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between all stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records and support process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Backend Operations, or CRM Management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and data management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
