Position Overview:
As the Workfront Core Developer you will design, configure, and implement solutions using the Adobe Workfront platform. The developer will work with business teams to automate workflows, build integrations, and optimize project management processes. You will maintain and configure the system, provide user support and training, provide technical support to the users around automation/integrations, ensure data integrity, and create documentation. What do you need to thrive?
- 6+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront administration.
- Proficiency in workflow administration, including system configuration and customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Knowledge of project and resource management concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide user support and training.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.
Responsibilities:
Workfront Development & Configuration
Configure projects, portfolios, programs, and templates in Adobe Workfront
Design and implement custom forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows
Manage user roles, permissions, and access control
Automation & Integration
Build automation using Adobe Workfront Fusion
Develop integrations with other enterprise systems using Workfront APIs
Troubleshoot and optimize automated workflows
System Implementation
Translate business requirements into Workfront solutions
Implement best practices for project and resource management
Configure approval workflows and task dependencies
Reporting & Analytics
Create custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Monitor system usage and performance
Generate insights for project and resource optimization
Support & Maintenance
Provide technical support for Workfront users
Troubleshoot system issues and integration errors
Perform system upgrades and configuration updates
Maintain and configure the Workfront system to meet departmental project, resource, and workflow requirements.
Provide user support and training, including maintaining training content and offering one-on-one support.
Stay informed about Workfront updates, new features, and best practices.
