The Quality Engineer (MEP) is responsible for ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works in high-rise buildings are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards, with a focus on compliance, inspection, and documentation.
- Ensure execution of MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting) as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor installation of conduits, cable trays, piping, ducting, and equipment.
- Verify compliance with design standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Raise and manage Inspection Requests (IRs) for all MEP activities.
- Conduct and witness inspections for pressure testing, insulation testing, continuity tests, and system checks.
- Ensure proper testing and commissioning procedures are followed.
