Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist cum Telecaller having a experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and generating leads through outbound calling, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain visitor logs and manage meeting room bookings
- Coordinate with internal teams for client meetings
Telecalling & Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into leads
- Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer interactions
Administrative Support:
- Maintain records, documents, and client databases
- Assist sales and marketing teams with coordination and scheduling
- Ensure the reception area is presentable
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in handling property-related queries
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes
