About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Professional who wishes to work for a fast growing company and contributing towards its success by smoothly executing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, Payroll & Admin activities.
We are looking for someone having the zeal to work in the HR Department and holding the goal of building this organization one of the great places to work.
Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Put the organization’s talent and human resources strategy into action
- Provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed
- Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialized, and expert positions
- Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions
- Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
- Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
- Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting
- Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
