Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in web application and eCommerce development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel, Next.js, WordPress, and WooCommerce development, along with experience in API integrations, database management, and website optimization. The candidate must be capable of independently handling development tasks, maintaining existing projects, and implementing new features while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Laravel and Next.js.
- Develop, customize, and manage WordPress and WooCommerce websites and online stores.
- Convert approved designs and layouts into responsive, functional web pages.
- Build and maintain frontend and backend functionality.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Manage database structure, queries, and performance optimization.
- Implement new features and enhancements for existing projects.
- Maintain coding standards, version control, and technical documentation.
- Deploy and manage websites and applications on live servers.
- Ensure website compatibility across browsers, devices, and operating systems.
- Support and maintain existing client projects.
Required Technical SkillsBackend Development
- Strong experience with PHP and Laravel Framework
- Experience with Laravel APIs, authentication, middleware, and database management
- Strong understanding of MySQL database design and optimization
Frontend Development
- Strong experience with Next.js and React.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS
- Knowledge of responsive web development
CMS & E-Commerce
- Extensive experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
- WooCommerce customization, plugin configuration, and payment gateway integration
- Experience managing product catalogs, checkout systems, and order workflows
Integrations & Tools
- REST API development and third-party API integration
- Payment Gateway Integration (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net, etc.)
- Git/GitHub version control
- Cloudflare and website security implementation
- Server management using cPanel, WHM, and Linux hosting environments
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional web development experience
- Proven experience in Laravel, Next.js, and WooCommerce development
- Experience handling projects independently from development to deployment
- Experience working with live production websites and applications
- Agency or software company experience is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEO technical implementation and Core Web Vitals optimization
- Experience with VPS and cloud hosting environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes
- Understanding of web application security best practices
- Experience integrating CRM, ERP, and other third-party business systems
