Job Summary
We are looking for a System Administrator with at least 2 years of experience to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CCTV systems, Internet/Network troubleshooting, eSSL biometric devices, desktop support, Windows Server administration, and basic network management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and resolve surveillance issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot eSSL biometric attendance devices and attendance synchronization.
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
- Monitor server performance, backups, antivirus, and system security.
- Configure and maintain network switches, PoE switches, and IP devices.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Install and support Microsoft Office, email clients, and common business applications.
- Perform preventive maintenance for IT infrastructure across branch locations.
- Respond to IT support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in handling multi-branch IT infrastructure is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum: 2 Years
- Experience in CCTV, Networking, Internet, eSSL Biometric Systems, and System Administration is mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
