Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Two-Wheeler Technician specializing in TVS motorcycles and scooters. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service, maintenance, and technical repairs in line with TVS Motor Company’s standards. You will ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining vehicle reliability and safety through expert workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- TVS Service Protocols: Execute periodic maintenance and major repairs strictly following the TVS service manual and recommended procedures.
- Diagnostics: Utilize TVS-specific diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) issues.
- Component Repair: Expertly handle engine overhauls, brake system maintenance (including ABS), transmission repairs, and suspension work on TVS models.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every vehicle passes a rigorous test ride and multi-point inspection before delivery to the customer.
- Technical Updates: Stay current with new TVS technology, product updates, and technical bulletins provided by the manufacturer.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and job cards using the dealership management system.
- Workshop Hygiene: Keep the workspace organized and adhere to safety standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum [1-10] years of experience specifically in two-wheeler service, with preference given to candidates with experience in an Authorized TVS Dealership.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of TVS engine technology, wiring harnesses, and advanced electronic systems.
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Communication: Ability to communicate technical repair needs to service advisors and customers effectively.
