Project Coordinator – L&D
What you will do
The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development projects. This individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders, instructional designers, and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project documentation, timelines, and resources, while also monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the stakeholders.
How you will do it

Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
•
Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and risk registers.
•
Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
•
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
•
Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and resources, ensuring they align with project objectives and learning needs.
•
Collaborate with instructional designer, graphic artists, digital adoption platform developers, quality analysts and e-learning developers to ensure the effective delivery of learning initiatives.
•
Support the evaluation of project results and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.
•
Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and according to established quality standards.
•
Coordinate with Vendors to ensure effective delivery of projects and deliverables.
•
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in learning and development to contribute to the overall effectiveness of projects.
What we look for

Qualification and Experience
o
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Human Resources).
o
Proven experience in project coordination or related roles, preferably in the learning and development field.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per month
