About the Role
As the Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors at Grihum. You will be responsible for creating a warm and professional first impression while supporting admissions, resident services, and day-to-day front office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesResident Experience
- Welcome new residents during check-in and orientation.
- Build strong relationships with residents and create a sense of community.
- Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular resident check-ins and gather feedback.
- Ensure every resident has a positive living experience.
Community Engagement
- Plan and organize community events, workshops, and celebrations.
- Encourage resident participation and engagement.
- Create initiatives that foster friendships and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Celebrate birthdays, festivals, and special occasions.
Parent Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for parents.
- Provide updates regarding admissions, onboarding, and resident wellbeing when appropriate.
- Handle enquiries professionally and empathetically.
Admissions & Front Office
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents and parents.
- Support the admissions process and documentation.
- Assist with room allocations and move-ins.
- Manage visitor interactions and front office activities.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and catering teams to resolve resident requests.
- Follow up on maintenance issues until closure.
- Ensure common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Escalate operational issues to the Operations Manager when required.
Administration
- Maintain resident records and documentation.
- Prepare daily reports and feedback summaries.
- Manage WhatsApp communication and email correspondence.
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks as required.
Pay: ₹8,752.80 - ₹27,977.13 per month
