Team Lead – Loans DepartmentPosition Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Loans Department to manage and guide a team of telecallers and loan executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, monitoring team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving loan sales across Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the loan sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor daily calling activities, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers.
- Train and mentor team members on loan products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Track team performance through MIS reports and provide regular feedback.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal departments for smooth loan processing.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews regularly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, banking guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Loan Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Telecalling.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and LAP products.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
