Position: Customer Support Executive – E-commerce Operations
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and escalations via Calls, Emails, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Process vouchers, order cancellations, delays, RTOs, and dispatch-related communications.
- Manage open order reports, welcome kit tracking, and order sheet updates.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for alternate product suggestions and issue resolution.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English Fluency)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Graduated in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, E-commerce Operations, or Back Office Operations.
