Jital Solutions is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the entire production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet output targets
- Develop and implement production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Monitor production processes, workflows, and performance metrics
- Ensure consistent product quality by implementing and maintaining quality standards
- Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and material usage to improve efficiency
- Lead, guide, and supervise production teams, including supervisors and operators
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials
- Maintain accurate production records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Identify process improvements and implement cost-reduction initiatives
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations

Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
Industry Preference
Candidates with hands-on experience in soya oil/protein processing, poultry feed manufacturing, or fish meal production will be highly preferred. Familiarity with solvent extraction plants, feed formulation processes, rendering operations, or related Agro-processing industries will be considered an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Food Technology.
