We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Pre-Sales Manager to lead and manage our Pre-Sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the real estate industry, managing inbound and outbound lead generation processes, ensuring prompt lead response, maintaining follow-up quality, and driving team performance to maximize site visits and sales conversions.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring complete pre-sales operations, coaching executives, improving customer engagement, and coordinating closely with the Sales and Digital Marketing teams.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the Pre-Sales Executives.
Monitor lead allocation and ensure all leads are attended within defined response timelines.
Track and improve lead response time, follow-up frequency, and conversion ratios.
Conduct regular quality audits of customer calls to ensure professional communication and adherence to company standards.
Monitor CRM usage and ensure accurate and timely updating of lead status, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
Coordinate with Digital Marketing agencies to understand lead quality and campaign performance.
Identify bottlenecks in the lead management process and implement corrective actions.
Train and coach the team on objection handling, communication skills, and customer engagement techniques.
Ensure maximum conversion of inquiries into site visits and support the Sales team in achieving business targets.
Develop and implement SOPs for the Pre-Sales department.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling or managerial role.
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management.
Experience working with CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Ability to monitor KPIs and improve team productivity.
Experience in handling digital marketing leads from Meta, Google, Property Portals, WhatsApp, and other lead sources.z
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
Experience managing a team of 5–20 Pre-Sales Executives will be an added advantage.
